New Aerosmith Picture Gallery

I've been digging through more of my archived photography and found pictures of Aerosmith concerts from 2002 and 2003.

Steven Tyler is one of the best lead singers to photograph. He's always very animated and it makes for some great pictures.

I've added pictures of Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. I've still got more pictures of Joe Perry to add, which I'll probably post in the next few days.

Jon Bon Jovi pictures added

Bon Jovi pictures have just been added to Concert-Pictures.com.

I've added Jon Bon Jovi pictures and Richie Sambora pictures to the site. These pictures were from a Bon Jovi concert in 2003 in Noblesville Indiana at Verizon Wireless Music Center.

I briefly met Jon Bon Jovi earlier in the week prior to the Bon Jovi concert when he stopped by a local radio station. He was a really nice guy and seemed very down to earth.

Incubus - Light Grenades Review

I picked up the new Incubus album "Light Grenades" tonight.

On the first listen, I just thought it was OK for Incubus. It didn't blow me away like I expected. However, after a few more listens, I realized there are some great tracks on this album. Its the type of album you can listen to for awhile and always find more things you like about it.

My favorite tracks are:

  • Dig
  • Anna Molly
  • Rogues
If you don't buy the whole album, at least download those tracks from iTunes.

FAMILY VALUES 2007 Lineup Announced

FAMILY VALUES Coming to a City Near You

Co-Headliners Korn and Evanescence Announce 30-City Tour From St. Louis to California

Korn Announce Special Guest Drummer for the Summer Extravaganza

LOS ANGELES, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The much anticipated return of THE FAMILY VALUES TOUR, co-headlined by KORN and EVANESCENCE, will commence on July 20th in St. Louis and close out the summer on September 2nd in sunny California (itinerary attached). With a line-up including Atreyu, Flyleaf, Hellyeah, and Trivium, the tour is poised to be the biggest and best Family Values Tour in history with the best-priced lawn tickets at $9.99. Tickets go on sale beginning April 28 and can be purchased at www.livenation.com.

On April 19 a star-studded "Halloween in Spring Costume Ball" at the infamous Hollywood Forever Cemetery will celebrate the announcement of the tour. In 2006, the second annual kick-off event drew rockers and Hollywood stars alike as Axl Rose, Avenged Sevenfold, Jessica Alba, and others.

The 2006 Family Values Tour catapulted the festival back into the spotlight of summer tours with over 400,000 tickets sold. Through their partnership with Live Nation the 2006's The Family Values Tour featured $9.99 lawn tickets and value-priced seating at every outdoor amphitheatre stop.

Korn also announced today that top rock drummer Joey Jordison from Slipknot will be their special guest drummer for this summer's tour as well as for their European festival shows in June and July. Jonathan Davis said, "Joey is the Sh*t!! We can't wait to rock onstage with him this summer!" Joey Jordison said, "I'm lucky to have had the opportunity to perform with bands that have influenced me as a musician over the years. When I first heard KORN they blew me away and I've been a fan ever since. I'm looking forward to playing drums with these guys for the next five months!"

Korn is currently in the studio recording their second album for their ground-breaking deal with Virgin Records, currently set for release on July 24th.

Evanescence just released their third single, "Sweet Sacrifice," from the multi-platinum The Open Door, just in time for this summer's festival. Last week the new video received over 1 million votes on MTV's Battle of the Videos. Currently on tour in South America, where they performed in front of more than 75,000 in Buenos Aires, Amy Lee said, "We can't wait to play our new show for our fans back home with all these other great bands!"

Newcomers Nuerosonic and Droid have been added to round out the bill to eight bands with more surprises to come including news of special activities for this year's village.

Korn, along with management company The Firm, created The Family Values Tour in 1998 with a bill headlined by KORN and performances from Rammstein, Ice Cube, Limp Bizkit and Orgy. 1999's line-up featured headliners Limp Bizkit, along with Filter, The Crystal Method, Primus, Staind, Mobb Deep, Ja Rule, and Method Man & Redman. KORN also made surprise appearances at a few dates. Beyond the live touring aspect, the debut outing of The Family Values Tour spawned a gold-certified live album and platinum-certified companion home video. This was followed in spring 2000 with the second live disc and long-form home video. The 2001 trek featured Stone Temple Pilots, Linkin Park, Staind, Static-X and Deadsy. Family Values continued in the summer of 2006 with Korn, Deftones, Stone Sour, Flyleaf and Dir en grey on the main stage resulting in another live cd and dvd making it one of the most consistently successful tour franchise in music history.
